Workshop Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by us

Cancellation may be necessary in exceptional circumstances.  Should we have to cancel or reschedule a workshop for any reason, we will provide at least 72 hours notice, and offer either a place for a workshop on an alternate date or a full refund of your deposit.

Cancellation by you

More than 14 days notice – Provided you let us know more than 14 days in advance of the date of the workshop on which you are booked, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.

Less than 14 days notice – If you let us know less than 14 days before the date of the workshop on which you are booked, we will not be able to offer you any refund.

Deposits

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to be paid on all placements to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due on or before the day of the workshop you are scheduled to attend.   Should you not settle the balance, in full, on the day of the workshop, then your booking will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.

If you have not paid in full in advance of the workshop, the balance can be paid on the day with either cash or credit card (VISA or MasterCard).

Refunds

In the event of a refund being issued, it will be provided in the manner in which it was received.  If you paid via PayPal, you will be refunded through PayPal.  If you paid via credit card, the payment will be refunded back to your card.

Inappropriate behaviour

Anybody determined to be acting inappropriately towards another workshop attendee, staff member, model, or other person present at a workshop will also be asked to leave immediately and will forfeit any money paid.
